Foolish Friday

Sometimes Knock Knock jokes come in pairs--like Amos and Andy.

Knock, knock
Who's there ?
Amos
Amos who ?
A mosquito bit me !

Knock, knock
Who's there ?
Andy
Andy who ?
And he bit me again !

My eight year old Caleb had a book report due this week. He chose to do it on the book Red Planet and this is the cover page he drew.

  1. HA! HA! HA! My 7 year old is going to be telling that for weeks now!

I have one Caleb may enjoy:

Why did Tigger open the toilet?
    To look for Pooh!

  2. Cute...my husband just loves your Foolish Friday posts...at heart, he's still an 8 year old. Gee, Heinlein is definitely advanced reading for an 8 year old. Do you call him Prof. Caleb, by chance?

  3. Nicole, my brother called and left that joke on our answering machine. Caleb loves it.

Reading has never been hard for Caleb. He started recognizing words when he was 2 and no one ever really taught him to read. He just picked it up. Writing, however, well, that's a whole different story. He's just rather talk . . . and talk . . . and talk . . .
