What I made in my marathon class
Yesterday I took a class on learning to set stones in wire wrapped settings. The class was 11 1/2 hours long. Exhausting. I came away having made this pendant. I love the crazy lace agate stone and chose a simple setting for it so that the stone is the star of the piece.
I'm looking forward to using my newly learned skills in my upcoming designs.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Sue. So perfect, it doesn't look handmade.
ReplyDeleteLove the stone and the setting. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt is so beautiful, you did a great job. I am thinking of a weekend class in wire working as well... and wondering if I can take two long days of it. But looking at your pendant, I am thinking YES!
ReplyDeleteWow Sue, what a fantastic job you did! And so great that you are settling into Utah life and getting the chance to take some jewellery classes. :)
